Yujin Zhang

I'm a first-year Software Engineering PhD at the University of California, Irvine, advised by Dr. Daye Nam. Previously, I earned my Bachelor's degree from Nanjing University.

My research lies at the intersection of artificial intelligence (AI), human-computer interaction (HCI), and software engineering (SE). I currently develop interactive systems that make autonomous AI agents more transparent and easier to collaborate with in software development. My research investigates how people can better understand, verify, and guide AI agents throughout the software development process.
